I amy try and tak one more stab at getting her onboard with staying there. The repairs should be done by the end of this month.

I just talked to a friend who is on prop managemnet and just shook his head, just another difficult tenant. He said I should just notify her of lock changes with proper notice. Im going to approach her one more time to try and solve this reasonably on her side, but am thinking just kicking her out is the best avenue at this point....too many potential problems.
