It looks like you have served enough notice and in enough different ways. On July 7, be at the court house to begin your eviction action. Most landlords handle this themselves. Generally, it only requires the completion and filing of forms. Once the eviction action has begun be sure to follow through with it. Do not be put off with your tenant's pleadings for more time or an offer of partial payments. You need a tenant who knows how to pay rent. Clearly, your present tenant is not that person.
