Who owns the trailor? Who has the title? I am assuming the ejected resident does and was evicted because of deliquent space rent. Why is the trailor still on your property? If the tenant owned the trailor, she can sell it but you do not have to rent to the new owners. If you can get back in the trailor you should post signs in the windows that let prospective buyers know this. Post something like CAN NOT RENT SPACE HERE, CAN NOT BE MOVED and DELIQUENT RENT DUE FOR ANY NEW OWNER. You can also post a DO NOT TRESPASS sign in front of the trailor. Do not allow the trailor to be moved unless your judgement is paid in cash and not by check. You can tell any truck that shows up to move the trailor to leave. If they do not move, you call the police. If the police tell you it is a civil matter, explain that the trespass is a criminal act.
