Collecting it myself how? I have just found the most recent address and was considering sending him a copy of the abstract filed with the county clerk. I hae his work address and all but I don't want to anything that is against the rules and considered harrasment etc etc. what is the process this is my first and hopefully my last now that I hae great tenants in there after this jerk.

Go to the county clerks office... inquire that the procedure there is to do a wage garnishment.

You will have to find out where they work to do this.

Find out if they own the car they drive ... without a loan on the car, you can try to attach it. If they have a bank account..same thing. But, you have to do all the work to locate it, then go to the county clerk and find out what the procedure is there to get a judge to issue the ruling to let you take the asset.

I am betting the deadbeat ex-tenant has nothing you can take.
