I would love to evict them for being unsanitary but they are very tidy with their "camping" and they have a two year lease. The sheriff's department says they are not breaking any law. The Health Department says the jails will not hold all the people in Oklahoma who crap in the back yard. They also say it is common in Oklahoma for people to have animals such as goats and hogs in their house sometimes. Once on TV, I saw a man who raised a Buffalo in his house. As for mail, I do not think these people read or write. I do not know what to do. I do not have a clause about subletting the back yard.
