If I'm getting this correctly, your tenant is selling sandwiches outside his home on the street. If there's nothing in the city/county ordinances discouraging it, there's definitely nothing in your lease that can be enforced to stop him from doing business. If it's on the street and not in the driveway, that's a public place that's outside of your realm of jurisdiction of enforcing a lease clause that says no businesses can be run from your home.

What can you do? Man up and talk to him. Say neighbors are expressing concern and ask if there's anything he can do to go somewhere else some days of the week. I'm not sure what else you can do besides not renew him when his lease is up.

Man up and talk to him? Well, I have not tried telling him he is going to get beat up or his truck will be set on fire. Do you think that would work?

If you wish to solve this problem, then take the advise given and apply it. All you are doing is giving one excuse after another for not doing anything. If your not going to do something, then just enore the tenants food truck and the neighbors complaints. Live with it then!
As was stated to you, Get off the Pot or Piss...

I have already talked to the police and the health department. Was there so other "advise" that I missed?
