3 Day falls on Sunday in CA

Hello,
Just need help with the count. The 3 Day was served on Thursday. Does 3rd day fall on Sunday or does it extend to Monday night? I've been seeing conflicting answers online. Some says Sunday, and others Monday. In store banks are open Sundays :)
Thanks!

The following was taken from a website:
To count the days in the notice period:
The first day is the day after the notice is served. Then count every day on the calendar, including weekends and holidays. If the last day of the notice period falls on a holiday or weekend, then the notice period ends the next work day.
If you do not serve the notice in person and have to mail a second copy, you have to make sure that you do not start counting until the day after you mail the notice.
From what I have read you want to make sure you serve it in person if at all possible and then regardless mail a copy.
Here is the website http://www.courts.ca.gov/1288.htm
Also this site has information on CA law to the left under Landlord Tenant Law. Read up and be sure you know what you are doing so you do not lose.
