The female potential T checks out as far as name matching address, and the relative references, etc. As far as the male potential T who is a waiter - many years back I had tenants who (husband was waiter in upper end restaurant - he made good money when tips were included. His wife had the regular job that provided health care, etc.) But this situation is a mid range family restaurant. I'm concerned that his informtion was left out. And, the possiblity that he isn't here legally. I have asked her to have him provide us information. I am guessing I dont' hear back, which may be just as well.
