I know it's a meth lab. I'm not a moron. My tenant apparently thinks I am and is too lazy to move/hide this meth lab given a week notice I'd be entering the premises. Apparently he felt leaving it all out in the open would raise less suspicion than if I found traces and him trying to cover up the smell of ammonia in the basement. I will say, he has done a very good job of eliminating most of that smell. He must vent it somehow.... I may need to ask him how he's kept everything so clean.
