How do you find current info on a tenant?

What do you do to find all the info you need one someone to file against them in court? The tenant has not let me know where she is and I won't get the SS# from my agent as they have a policy of not giving out that info, but will give me what she can. Not sure if I have to go this route yet, but don't want to wait until the last minute to make my plan.
What resources can I use to find out about my tenant? What steps do I take?

As the owner & the party in contract with the tenant, you are entitled to all of the information gathered by your agent, the PM, including the SS#. Most states do not require SS# for small claims filing, but you should check with your court clerk to see exactly what information is required for you to file a suit.

The real estate brokerage screened and qualified the tenant and the landlord neglected to confirm the rental application information provided by the tenant to the real estate brokerage. The landlord cannot confirm whether the real estate brokerage even qualified the information provided by tenant.
Truth is the landlord’s only option is to send the notice to the last known address and request forwarding mail service, and to utilize the tenant’s bank account information (used to pay monthly rent) to collect any judgment awarded. The social security number is only relevant if the rental application and the lease agreement allow the landlord to check the credit report after lease termination. Otherwise, the social security is only useful to collect a judgment through a bank lien seizure. There are public record accounts to confirm the address location of any individual by name and date of birth. However, it is not in the interest of landlords to post them to a public website, so the tenant can have the information removed.

I have set a time limit for the PITA to pay a penalty for breaking the lease- she never took possession so I don't have rent payments- just one SD payment with signed lease. If no further payment is received, I want to move forward with pursuing a judgment, so want to be ready as to strategy. I have never done this before.
I don't have the current address- she never came to live in my unit and moved somewhere else in FL. I will do the mail forwarding to her last known location, which is a long distance away- thank you for that.
My question is - is there a place (website, etc) or process to find out things like current or previous location, banks, phones, just any info which would lead to being able to get satisfaction of a judgment if it comes to that? I am assuming the bank account she used to pay her SD will be closed, or I anticipate that b/c of her actions and communications so far.

I am confused by the last sentence- why would I post any of it to a public website? I thought there were sites where you may have to pay a fee but get more info than the norm:
1. Do any websites have the bank info I may be seeking? 2. Is there something public and free I can access today to begin the search for any info? Who are they? Which paid sites are the best to use? 3. When you use public record accounts, do they notify the person you are searching for that they are being researched?
Regarding the screening process- it is a necessary evil to use an agent in this part of FL to get wider exposure. I have found that the current company I use is too stingy with the details upfront that you have advised me to double check and I agree I should do so. Once this situation is resolved, I will look for a more compliant agency and/or do it myself.
Having joined this site has renewed my spirit to be more proactive and I do appreciate your advice and the expertise you can share with me. Thank you.
