Re: What if tenant does not leave?

1.) Post a notice to move
2.) File an eviction if tenant does not move
3.) Get a judgment against said tenant
4.) Tenant must move within court appointed time frame
5.) Tenant has police kick him out, you change the locks, his stuff gets stored in a storage unit at his expense and is no longer your problem.
