Sorry that you had this experience but you just blew your credibility by calling all landlords morons. We provide something many people (including yourself) need - a ploace to live.

How about some class and make an apology to those of us that offer a well maintained dwelling and follow the laws of our states that deserve better than what you have dished up.

Well, I don't need to rent anymore. I bought a place, thank you for your concern, however. I would show some class, but you seem to think all tenants are out to not pay rent and screw landlords out of every penny, so I'll keep my apology.

You would get a lot farther in life if you would stop insulting an entire group of people. THere are bad tenants and bad landlords.

What is the likelihood a transient tenant would be able to locate an out-of-town property for sale within two weeks? What is the likelihood same transient tenant would be able to close on an out-of-town property within two weeks? * Thinking the poster LL Slayer (name says it all) is in need a psychological analysis … PSYCHO Alert!

I closed on this place out of state before I moved out so I could move straight in. Pretty simple. I stated all this in my many responses in the OP.

Saying we're our own landlords obviously implies we bought a house. I don't know what other meaning that could have. If you can't fathom that a tenant could buy a house, you are more delusional than Jake.
