  • What is the likelihood a transient tenant would be able to locate an out-of-town property for sale within two weeks?
  • What is the likelihood same transient tenant would be able to close on an out-of-town property within two weeks?

  • * Thinking the poster LL Slayer (name says it all) is in need a psychological analysis … PSYCHO Alert!

I closed on this place out of state before I moved out so I could move straight in. Pretty simple. I stated all this in my many responses in the OP.

NY-LL always makes up things, and never reads or understands the post. Just wants attention and to be important. Much of his statements lack meaning or substance. Just ignore.

Most of the anonymous posters on the LPA website are regular delinquent tenant posters from other “free advice” websites. Feel free to ignore their rhetoric. Their illogical perspectives are skewed due to a lack of financial accountability to the property and a lack of moral obligation for either the landlord or lease agreement. While I am being kind, some landlords just call them "TROLLS."
