This is obviously a TROLL. If by some stroke of stupidity it is not... You are wrong and they are right. You need to give 24 hours notice to enter in writing and it better be for a good reason if you are doing it that often. They have a right to quiet enjoyment. Hertz rental cars doesn't check in on you every day that you rent a car from them....

I'm not sure what TROLL stands for, but if I signed an agreement with Hertz saying they can check on the car every day, I'd be fine with it!!! My lease is binding, I can assure you of that!
