What? Pay THEM money? They pay ME money!!! I'm not giving those lease breaking people a cent! There is NO law in my state that says I can't enforce a lease my tenants signed! Plain and simple!

Jack you may be the one that ends up six feet deep if you persist in unlawful entry. You should not rent "your" house if this is your attitude. Ask a local attorney if you don't believe anybody here.......or perhaps get back under your bridge if you really are a troll.
