Does anyone know a good attorney to help me reduce my NYC property taxes ? I own a 20 unit apartment building and my taxes are 64,000 and others with similar building are paying 1/2 of that. Please advise. Thanks

I seriously doubt the attorney will do much more than you could. Contact the proper agency and put in your request. You will probably get an answer like "we reassess every X years. We will be doing your area on date X/Y/Z. If you have a dispute, you can bring it forth then." And a recent appraisal is what you could use as ammunition.
