Jake, I guess you haven't read the whole post. I only got $200 of a $300 deposit. Please read all the post before you make comments like that.

    Well, you are looking for the remainder are you not? And for what? It is still pocket picking. You think because you only have $200 so far that somehow something is OK with it? Please think about what you are saying before you make comments like that.

      I agree pet fees are ridiculous, Jake. The deeper issue with this poster is obviously he sees the writing on the wall he's going to be out a lot of money when these tenants do move out. I'm a bit more lenient to this fee now just to try and recover some money while he can.
