I want to use the screening via LPA.

Tenant Screening Credit Report (Site Inspection):
National Criminal Background Report:
Eviction Search - National:

Is this generally good enough?
I have a locked cabinet in the unit I will be renting but currently live in. Will that be an issue that I will be moving the cabinet? Is the 'no inspection report' sufficient?

There are three reporting agencies listed and I only see Trans Union on one of the sample reports. Am I getting a report from all three or not?
