I will actually drive by and knock on the door and atleast leave her a note asking about the rent.

Probably mid next week is when I'll file the summons.

Best advice I can give is MAKE SURE SHE KNOWS YOU PLAN TO EVICT HER. Don't just casually ask about the rent. The seriousness of the situation may get her to contact you if indeed she is just ignoring you.
