Did you know in the State of CO that we actually can add to our lease that the SDSS will be sent in 60 days?

Under normal circumstances 30 days should be plenty. However my last, last tenant did such a number on the house that we were not even finished fixing, repairing and making right before it was time to have it in the mail.

Thanks, I do know that. In my case, I felt 30 days are enough and I have had it in my leases. I may increase it to 60 days going forward.
