Try calling the grand parents one more time and tell them the grandson has to be out today or you are filing for an eviction in the morning. See if that will get them moving. When they say he needs more time tell that the time is up. He has got to go right now to avoid the eviction.

I called the mom and she said she would try to call her son or else try to call the daughter in law's mom. They used to live at her daughter in law's place, but the daughter's mom doesn't like her son in law at all. Mom called her older son to have him talk to his younger brother as well. If I have no choice, then I will file a complaint with the court and start the eviction process. I haven't heard back yet. Will keep everyone posted.
I have a total lack of respect for this son. Sometimes you wonder why people have kids and a family if they can't even take care of that family. A minimum wage working wife and 3 kids while the dad is unemployed. I have the feeling he was probably fired for his attitude. Ok, I'm venting... :)

Does the Mom understand that she is about to get evicted along with the remainder of the tribe? Does she understand what an eviction will do the credit record of each and every family member? Once the eviction is started you need to keep it going even if the son moves out.
