Im a LL who is going through the process of evicting a problem T. Ive paid $123 to file for eviction, waited 10 days as required and now have to file for possession of my property. Can anyone tell me the cost to file for possession (return of property)?

Check with your courthouse they can tell you for sure but count on at least $100 more. When I evicted it cost me about $250 and if I had to get the sheriff to evict them it would have been another $100 on top of that. Not cheap but cheaper then letting someone stay for free.
