Okay fool My sister moved in to my home with her 2 children after her husband abused them all. In the two years since she has been trying to get back on her feet. No issues so no need to look at this as a landlord situation. Unfortunately she recently decided to move her new boyfriend in and when I argued I am now faced with the law being on her side a a tenant. All am asking for is guidance. This is a question and answer forum. I asked a question and am looking for answers. If you would like to berate me for helping a family member go for it. But if you could hold your post until I get an answer that would be great. I hope you are never in a situation where you don't have all the answers!!
