I had it pumped already it will be part of the eviction and damages carpets,walls ect..... The septic tank is on a hill filtration system alot of money was spent on this septic mound. Tenants has left town? I not sure that they will be coming back? However, I will be there for the eviction. The courts here in the Carolinas not quick give LL monies for damages. Rob
