As long as you do not re-rent it before the 15th you can keep the rent they give you and start working on fixing it up. They did break the lease even though it was just two weeks. If they don't complain take the money but if you do find a renter before then pro-rate the amount they paid after they moved. Personally if they gave you 30 day notice and were good renters I would not charge them for the two weeks but that is just me, legally you are entitled.
