Legal paper that is legal sized and used by most lawyers for legal doc.'s ie wills, lease, etc.
If you buy a pre-printed lease it is on this paper (will say Blumberg Paper on the doc.)
Also has a different texture.

Okay, thanks for that information ...
The lease agreement can be printed on standard 8-1/2 x 11 paper of legal sized 8-1/2 x 14 paper. There are no special paper type requirements, as long as the content is legal and abides by state law. For professional reasons, it should not be double-sided.
