It is not clear whether the disagreement is with the different perspective about (i) the possibility that the cracked sink may be related to earthquake damage or (ii) the fact that the posted comment from and about another regional landlord has absolutely nothing to do with any other post, including yours which notably has been concurred by myself and others. (No one is in agreement or disagreement with either post.)
