Okay, thanks for that information ... The lease agreement can be printed on standard 8-1/2 x 11 paper of legal sized 8-1/2 x 14 paper. There are no special paper type requirements, as long as the content is legal and abides by state law. For professional reasons, it should not be double-sided.

Just curious, what "professional reasons" could there be not to print the lease double-sided?

All court documents are required to be on one-side with the exception of prepared forms that are two-sided. The court and legal protocol state that all legal documents meet standard specifications in legal format, paper size, margins, page numbering, and professional business detail. The double-sided legal documents and paperwork is more difficult to read, copy, facsimile, reference, scan, etc. There are exceptions made, sometimes, for extremely large documents of twenty (20+) pages, in order to conserve file space.

I don't plan for my lease to go to court; maybe you should screen your tenants better (love it when posters give that snappy little piece of advice).

So my four page lease which has very little margin an no page numbers is illegal? (numbers on clauses denotes what the sequence is)
