What, the carpet tax? One landlord posted that is what he is doing this and may other landlords agreed it was a good practice. Fact is stranger than fiction. It has not been so long ago that a number of landlords agreed that having a pot bellied pig as an inside pet was OK. And, there are those landlords who thought it was a good idea to rent out rooms in their house to strangers to be about their kids and valuables. Yes, some dingbat stuff get posted here.
