Absolutely. No reason to let time go by and let people live for free in your property.

Thanks for the advice.

So the rent is late the day after the due date. However, many give a X-day grace period for late fee. Theoretically LL can serve the notice the day after the due date, but in reality do we really do that? Do must LLs serve only after the grace period?
