What an idjit!

BTW, what company did you use for the $20 background check, and do ALL the states have this? Or is this the cost for a background check through your court system in OK only?

I use www.oscn.net to run my own background reports through the OK court system. It covers the majority of the state courts and it's a free resource. The $20 covers my time in running the background checks. The next thing I do is run the OK DOC (OK department of corrections) inmate locater to see if my prospect has a record with them; this is also a free resource. What I discover in the court reports will tell me whether they have been sued for bad debts, and whether they have had income garnished for bad debts. If this all looks good, and the employer & LL references are good, then I may or may not run a credit report.
