Wife works 2 jobs while husband looks for trouble with thinking he owns the place and starts trouble with neighbors I told him if he says anything more to anyone he is out and I was wondering if I should also talk to his wife and tell her the sitiuation in case I have to evict.

You should be giving a warning to whomever is listed on the lease as tenant.

Put it in writing, make sure they BOTH get it.
