Two week rental agreement

I have renters in a two week rental agreement here in California. The lease specifies a rental period of two weeks. There is no mention of renewal after the two weeks are over in the rental agreement. They paid me at the start of the two weeks.
After the two weeks have passed, and they do not want to leave, will the eviction process be the same as a month-to-month lease, even though the rental period was only 2 weeks? From what I've read, it takes 30 days to get the tenants off your property if they refuse to leave at the end of the lease agreement. Again, any difference if it was a two week rental agreement, with no mention of renewal?

This seems to be a temporary vacation rental premises, similar to a “bed and bath” or motel/hotel agreement. If such is the case, the property owner (landlord) would have the same authority as a “bed and bath” or motel/hotel to change the locksets to prevent further unpaid access and use by the patron, while holding the patrons' personal belongings in storage for safekeeping.
