Arguing with Judge by Cynthia (IL) on July 27, 2012 @11:11

After 500 times in front of the Judge, we "never" argue with the Judge. One of former tenants' starting arguing with the Judge at the Bench Warrant (Bond Hearing). The Judge granted the bond to me and tenant started arguing. Judge said "7 days in Jail-no Bail" mrslandlady

Curious - what is a bench warrant/bond hearing? In PA, bench warrants have nothing to do with landlod tenant issues. Here, civil issues don't result in going to jail unless it was some type SERIOUS contempt of court issue.
