in an eviction what is a civil court to get money allowed in your judgement?

If the landlord needs possession-money judgment it is called Forcible Entry and Detainer, Unlawful Detainer, Summary Possession, Ejectment Proceedings, Summary Dispossess depending on which state you are in. If possession has be rendered, Small Claims court would be for just the money judgment.
