Can I charge the tenant to get rid of it , last one hung around 6 months and cost me 30.00 H ow do I tell them to get rid of it.

Easiest question ever. Put it on Craigslist under free items and it'll be gone by dinner.

The mattress company might have refuse to dispose of the old mattress because of BED BUGS!

I used to burn all mine. Now I take the hides off the mattress and recycle them. Box springs can be cut up and discarded in the nromal trash.
