I will be signing a lease with a new tenant- I am completing this whole process all by myself for the first time with no RE representative, etc. I want to make sure I follow all legal aspects of the process correctly. Please let me know which other forms are needed in Florida.
I have the: Lease Agreement Move-in inspection form Pet Agreement
What else is needed?
Thank you for your help.

I recommend the
Credit Reporting Disclosure (in Essential Forms) Lead Paint Disclosure (if required) (in LPA Free Forms) Tenant's Notice of Intention to Vacate (Stapled to tenant's lease) (in LPA Free Forms)

Federal law requires lead based paint disclosure ( you can download on internet) just google it ~ smoke detector inspection, Mold and mildew pamplet < also downlaodable..list of rules and regulations, drug addendum, pet deposit, security deposit agreement, state of economic unity if more than one tenant.Safe streets addendum. along with the lease agreement.

You don't need a lead based paint disclosure if the rental was built after 1978. HUD only requires it if the property is older than that.
