Well?, is the paint and floor ugly? What color is the paint? What is wrong with the flooring? Is it carpet, tile, vinyl or wood? Is the floor painted? What State are you in? Did you have the place freshly painted and cleaned before the tenant moved in? Did you promise the tenant you would do this and then did not? Why did your previous tenant move? Was it because of the paint and flooring too?

It is a brand new condo. My son was unable to move into there two months ago, and then I rent it to him. I need someone help me to pay the rent..
