Lease ends by stewmac (PA) on August 5, 2012 @18:51

We have T who have violated the lease continually. Bounced check, pet, someone else living there too, ATV's and the list goes on. Lease is up Nov 1st. It is a renewable lease but we do not want to renew it we want them out. How much notice in Pennsylvania do you have to give T that you will not be renewing and they need to vacate by the end of the lease.

I don't know but wait until last possible minute bc after you tell them, you probably won't get any rent.
