This is more for your amusement than for any constructive landlording advice.

So today I happen to drive by one of my rentals. The tenants kids were actually out cleaning up the yard. I stopped to compliment them on keeping the place up. As I get out of my car there is a loud noise from inside the house and some dust and small bits of trash come flying out the front door.

The father shows up at the door, complete with cut off shorts and a "beater" t-shirt - holding a LEAF BLOWER!

And you wonder why landlords have gray hair. LOL ;)

Wow !think ill try that! i hate vacuming. Seriously my entry way. Would it hurt anything.
