What do prop mgrs/owners think about having the tank and water prifying cylinders under kitchen sink? A problem? Easy to maintain? One extra thing to leak/break?

I have one in my own house, but not in rentals. I think a higher end rental it might be expected, I know I would insist or install one myself if I was renting.

I think many tenants would just break it.

It will be one more thing to leak, break and maintain.
