I don't give out extra sets, but I don't have a way to prevent them from making their own (I don't have the non-duplicatible keys). I just switch out the locks when the tenants vacate.

We have never been able to get the "do not duplicate" imprinted on regular residential house key sets.

Can you find locks with keys that can not be duplicated?
