What do you suggest Franklin to deal with the vandalism and destruction of the laundry facilities as well as the multiple and specific death threats?

Can you provide any solution or plan of action to the immediate issues?

If there are credible and specific death threats, the police need to be involved. Period. I tend to think the extent of these death threats are exaggerated. If they were as bad as you're making them sound, the police would be helping.
