On important notices, I use my own letterhead as suggest by the LPA.

Remove it ! When you have to show the forms in a court of law, you want the contract to have your name our your company name. The contract is between you and the tenant, not LPA and the tenant.

I remove it. I don't want my tenants creeping on this web site

It's best to remove it.
Always put your own letterhead on your forms.
The benefit of having the forms customizable in MS Word is so you can edit and promote your own business as professionally as possible.
