Rental properties are bought in a large number nowadays. Many rental properties like houses, shops can be bought with the help of rental property management albuquerque. I al;so want to buy a property but no property found yet. Suggest me about good property management companies.

My suggestion? If you're looking solely to make a buck, don't do it. Especially with a property management company. They are out for one thing only. To make money, and it's usually off of you, not the tenants. They say they'll screen immaculately and only allow in the safest risk of all tenants. That's complete BS. They'll turn units over as quick as possible as they withhold a percentage of your rent as their fee. If there's no one in the unit, they don't get paid usually. So they could care less who lives there.

I know you have dollar signs on the brain now, but don't do it. You'll just become jaded in your view of humanity as evidenced by the rest of the landlords in here who don't even believe I am landlord solely because they can't fathom someone who is a landlord to have any respect towards someone who rents a unit. Is that the way you want to live life?

Hi erik, I would suggest you not invest if you are not going to be involved with your property. Property management companies always find ways to spend your money. Like the other poster said they are out to get paid so they may not put in good tenants and that doesn't matter to them since if they do cleanup and repair for you then they make money there to. So really its better if the put a bad tenant in that way they are sure to make more money. You really need to do some research and read alot of the old postings on the site and read your states landlord tenant law that is on the right side of this screen. I would also look around your area for a investors group or Landlord group and attend a few meetings and talk with some people to see how they manage, they may hook you up with some management that is good or you may learn that this is not for you. After hearing some horror tales you may want to rethink this. Best Wishes!

i am in nevada, and here they don't pay and more or less in 10 days you hve them out of your house but i belive in california is more difficult and if it is a single mother with kids i belive they can stay in the house for 6 month for free, so like the other person said here check your law in your state it is different in each one. it is not an easy job, some time i want to give up but after i think if i invest the money of the house in something else, butat the end nor investment of a house here in nevada would give me 1000 dollars a month and i dont have to work 8 hours aday, some times yes is thought you have but if you get a good tenent it is not much work inovlve hope this help!
