found bedbugs ugh by Laura (New Jersey) on August 18, 2012 @00:07

Long story short: I won eviction against my tenant on Aug 13th and was told by court mediator I can wait up to 30 days for tenant to come up with the rent before filing a writ of removal but today found bed bugs in his apt! Aug 17th (was walking through for our annual fire inspection) and I want to get rid of him NOW! He owes 2 months rent and general assistance is supposed to pay his back rent within 7-15 days. I'm wondering if I wait to get the rent and then file the writ of removal anyway? I dont want him there now since I found the bed bugs! But dont want to be out my rent either... (Exterminator coming out this monday to start treatment)
