I have a lease agreement with tenants that now are incorporating to the lease her sister and husband, they actually moveout and got her sister and husband to move in and pay for the rent, i already have an aplication from them so I took from lpa the co-signs form, addendum, smoke detector and monoxide forms. she text me 2 days ago that she needs the copy of the lease and the eceiptfrom this month that she paid, she goes direct to the bank and i said your receip is the bank receip but she insist that she wants one, i said ok i will give you one, after she said that she needs a copy of thelease beause she needit for theschool kids to get them in. So I have all this paperwork done andi test her that i coul go yesterday afternoon , i tell her the forms i have and that she hass to sign , her husband and her sister who is in the original lease, becasue i am adding her to the original contract i think is better to have her sister to sign the addendum and the cosings documents, but is already more than 24 hours and she did not respond my text, i don't understand it she wanted so bad to have the papers for her kids go to school and now she can not be bother to asnwer ? what shal i do?

Wait. You've responded, the ball is in her court, and when she is ready and it's convenient for her, you'll hear from her again.

People are strange.
