You are assuming an awful lot to call me a tyrant by assuming I don't allow any guests at all. I do allow guests per year and allow out of town guests for 7 consecutive nights. I don't have hostile tenants. Before you go and call people names you better have your facts straight. Besides I'm talking about guests, not quests. We even had local law enforcement sponser local workshops encouraging these types of things to help prevent and reduce the number of drug dealers moving into apartments that they had sent single girls in to rent and move in after the fact. So if an overnight policy is such a bad thing, I don't think local law would would promote it. How would you like to have to rent in the same building as the biggest drug dealer in town because his girlfriend snuck him in?
