I'm a lawyer. My law firm has brought a class action case against DIRECTV's policy of accepting permissions signed by the tenant as authorization to attach facilities to roofs, exterior walls and other common areas. I would like to talk with you. Please call or email me.

I have contract saying there shall be no modifications done to inside or out side of home with out written approval from owner. She caused a lot of damaged. Drilled homes up and down two sides of brick home. And jokes into wood to get wires into attic. She added two new Cable jacks and train new cable to 4 of the 6 out lets. She poured tar over singles after she took down dish which had to be ripped of and replaced properly. Now I have different color singles. The holes in bricks now have plugs and homes into attic we had to fill and paint. He added a curtain rod up to ceiling of room with high ceilings. Glued mirrors into walls and didn't clean house. She expects me to full refund! She also never trimmed bushes where grew and rubbed paint of exterior molding of house and killed a few bushes. She also discounted untilities prior to move out. Bi live out of state so took me 4 days to get sOmeone to wait around 3 hours an PU &40 to reconnect my own utilities. Who can I talk to about my rights? She also busted counter top which having issue trying to replace she tried to glue on with Elmers. Direct TV was nasty to me on phone an wouldn't give me answer as to why they did this to my home. There are poles one can use as well as cables I already have with out damaging my house. I'd my tenant either sai ahe owned my house or gotten my approval then that's a lie and fraud
