stay away from them
for one they charge you 10% for making a phone call or two--for another thing they are rude and disrespectful --especially when they call to arrange lodging so that when you arrive you get pissed off staff
we had valuables taken from our room --stolen by staff-- and extra cleaning fees added to our bill due to the unprofessional contacts and personal comments ALE related to the various hotels we stayed at.
just book your own rooms directly by contacting the sales manager directly
